THIS PRACTICE IS MORE INTERMEDIATE IN NATURE AND SUPPORTS THE TRANSFORMATION OF WHAT WEIGHS US DOWN INTO WHAT GIVES US WINGS. THE TIME SPENT HERE IS INTENDED TO HELP WORK OUT UNUSED ENERGY IN THE BODY. WE COMBINE TRADITIONAL FLOW SEQUENCES LINKING BREATH TO MOVEMENT. THIS CLASS REQUIRES FLOW EXPERIENCE AND IS DESIGNED TO SAFELY CHALLENGE BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. BENEFITS OF THIS PRACTICE INCLUDE IMPROVED FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND BALANCE, REDUCED STRESS LEVELS, IMPROVED CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH AND MENTAL RESILIENCE.

Mat Pilates
ALL LEVELS FRIENDLY PILATES WHERE WE FOCUS ON THE MIND-MUSCLE CONNECTION OF THE BODY. MAT PILATES IS A FORM OF EXERCISE THAT FOCUSES ON BUILDING MUSCLE GROUPS AND CORE STRENGTH. IT IS DONE ON A MAT AND CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ANY AGE, BODY, OR FITNESS LEVEL. THIS CLASS WILL SOMETIMES UTILIZE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS RESISTANCE BANDS, BALLS, AND BLOCKS. BENEFITS OF THIS CLASS INCLUDE IMPROVED POSTURE, FLEXIBILITY, CORE STRENGTH AND BODY AWARENESS.

Stretch+Restore
ALL LEVELS FRIENDLY PRACTICE USING REGENERATIVE FLOOR BASED SEATED AND RECLINED POSTURES. THE INTELLIGENTLY SEQUENCED STRETCHES LEAD YOU ON A JOURNEY TO FACILITATE UNWINDING STRESS STORED IN THE BODY WITH GUIDED PROMPTS TO HOLD POSTURES TO GIVE THE BODY TIME TO RELAX. BENEFITS OF THIS PRACTICE INCLUDE A REDUCTION IN STRESS AND ANXIETY, CALMS AND BALANCES THE BODY AND MIND, INCREASES CIRCULATION, IMPROVES FLEXIBILITY AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE HEALTH.

All Levels Yoga
All levels friendly practice where we practice yoga! The class moves at a slow pace with focus on breathing, alignment and breaking down poses to gain a deeper understanding of alignment. This class will incorporate some standing poses as well as a generous amount of floor based work. Benefits of this practice include a reduction of stress, improved strength and flexibility.

Slow Flow
Description goes hereTHIS ALL LEVELS FRIENDLY CLASS ALLOWS TO YOU TO PRACTICE ABOUT HALF THE NUMBER OF POSES YOU MIGHT PRACTICE IN A FLOW CLASS. THE PACE IS MEDITATIVE AS EACH POSES ARE HELD LONGER, TAKING SEVERAL ROUNDS OF BREATH IN EACH POSE. THE BENEFITS OF THIS PRACTICE ARE FEELINGS OF PEACE AS WE CALM THE BODY AND MIND.

Stretch+Release
This is a beginner friendly and floor based practice. It is a slow, soothing, and meditative practice that focuses on downregulating the nervous system to relax the body in order to work on mobility and stretching. We will gently nudge the body to release tension through progressive movements that feel safe to the body. The benefits of this practice is improved mobility and is a great addition to any body for the goal of moving better.

This all levels friendly class hits the best of both worlds! 30 minutes of mat Pilates + 30 minutes of an ooey gooey stretch from the yoga world!!

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. It's an ancient technique used to guide students into a conscious relaxation state. The class will begin with beginner friendly, floor based stretching to get into our bodies. Then we will transition to a comfortable position using props. Yoga Nidra is a systematic approach to move our awareness from external to internal. We take our attention to different parts of the body and consciously focus on deeply relaxing. For this class, please bring anything that will help you be more comfortable, a pillow or blanket. We do have blankets, bolsters but know you might have something to help you feel extra comfortable from home.

Yoga Sculpt
All levels friendly class is heated to 80 degrees, and it focuses on yoga postures and flows with added toning and cardio moves! This class is a fun addition to any yoga/Pilates practice, especially if you’re craving a bit of fire, strength, or quicker-paced movement. All movements are bodyweight only and can be modified for any fitness level or mobility. Class features upbeat music as we flow and tone, ending with time to cool-down and savasana. You will be certain to leave this class feeling strong, energized, and positive!
