  • No worries, we've got you covered! We provide plenty of mats for you to use, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite.

  • Yes, we do! We use the Fitdegree app, and we highly recommend downloading it so you can easily access our live class schedule. Simply download the app and search for The Practice Yoga and Pilates to stay up-to-date.

  • We provide all the equipment you'll need for class: bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, balls, bands, and even knee padding! All you need to bring is yourself, dressed in comfortable clothing.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We practice barefoot in our classes, but socks are welcome if that’s what makes you feel most at ease.

  • Any class is beginner friendly except our flow class. That is for only those who have been to yoga and are comfortable understanding the basic postures of yoga. We often suggest stretch + release and our all levels yoga classes.

  • Stretch + Release, Yin + Restore and Mat Pilates are all great places to begin. If you really aren’t sure, please give us a call, email or text and our owner Mandy would love to help you!
