PILATES AND YOGA IN LIBERTY, MO
Mandy Froehlich, owner+Studio Director
500-ryt, M.s., CPT-ACE, certified pilates instructor
Mandy is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, seasoned personal trainer of 20 years, Pilates instructor and overall curious wellness seeker. More than 20 years ago, her journey to understand the science of fitness was born with a master's degree in exercise science. Since then, she's worked with 1000s of clients and has come to understand feeling great in our body requires an assortment of tools and strategies.
While no class is ever the same, there are a few constants. The invitation to connect more fully with your body through descriptive alignment cues and breath are a consistent part of her class. That, and a random joke to make sure we aren't taking ourselves too seriously. She works to balance the structure of an intentional class with playfulness because having fun is also key to a sustainable practice. She loves teaching a variety of classes for all levels and spreading a joy for movement to every BODY.Mandy has deepest gratitude for her teachers and mentors over the years: gina caputo, sarah kucera, john salisbury, anton mackey, liz klug, amanda jesse and theresa hubbard. she would not be where she is today without their commitment to help light the path.
